Meet Stephen
I’m a Chartered Business Psychologist and ILM Certified Executive Coach with 25 years’ experience in leadership development, inspirational training, and executive coaching. I have worked with CEO’s, managers, technical and front-line staff across the private and public sectors. My particular expertise in helping people address very difficult conversations, influencing, leadership / team resilience, career planning and making my training fun and incredibly practical. Clients have described me as pragmatic, warm and very easy to talk to.
I am married, with two children, and am an avid badminton player (if such a thing is possible)! Currently studying for an Advanced Diploma in the Neuroscience of Leadership and discovering how fascinating our brains are and how tricky and wonderful getting back into the swing of formal education is.
I care deeply about being of service to you and will work with you, as hard as I possibly can, to ensure that you experience real value and return on the investment you have made in yourself and in me.
